The Training course on “Building Reliable Supply Chains” was Conducted by National Productivity Secretariat under the guidance of the Ministry of Labour and Foreign Employment, in collaboration with Asian Productivity Organization Commenced on 24th June 2024 at Galadari Hotel Colombo. The Nineteen international participants from thirteen countries and six local participants, participated for this program from 24th to 28th June 2024.
The objective of this program was to explain the latest concepts of reliable supply chain management and to train the participants in how to build and maintain reliable supply chains to ensure uninterrupted flow and availability of material manufacturing.
The chief guest of this program was the Secretary to the Ministry of Labour and Foreign Employment Mr. R.P.A. Wimalaweera. Also the additional Secretary of the Ministry of Labour and Foreign Employment Ms. K.D.R. Olga, Director of National Productivity Secretariat Mr. Niranja S. Jayakody and several distinguished guests were participated for the opening ceremony of this training.
Two international resource persons and the local resource person shared their expertise knowledge with the participation throughout this training.
