“සුළු හා මධ්‍ය පරිමාණ ව්‍යවසායකයන් ඵලදායිතාවයෙන් සවිබල ගැන්වීමේ වැඩසටහන” සඳහා මාතර ප්‍රාදේශිය ලේකම් කොට්ඨාසයෙන් 2023 වර්ශ‍යේ දී තෝරාගෙන මේ වන විටත් ඵලදායිතා සංවර්ධන නිලධාරීන් හරහා උපදේශන සේවා ලබාදෙනOSCAR Shoe Industries (pvt) Ltd ආයතනය 2024.05.09 වන දින නිරීක්ෂණය කෙරිණි.
2008 වර්ෂයේ දී ආරම්භ කර ඇති මෙම ආයතනය මේ වන විට (පුරුෂ පාර්ශවය සඳහා) ලෙදර් පාවහන් නිෂ්පාදනය සඳහා ප්‍රසිද්ධියක් ලබා ඇත. ව්‍යවසායකවයෙක් මෙන් ම මෙම ආයතනයේ හිමිකරු ද වන ආර්.එල්.අජිත් මහතා ඵලදායිතා ශිල්පක්‍රමය ඔස්සේ තම නිෂ්පාදන ක්‍රියාවලිය සහ ආයතනය වැඩිදියුණු කර ගැනීමට මහත් උනන්දුවක් දක්වනබැවින් නාස්තීන් අවම කර ගනිමින් ප්‍රමිතියෙන් උසස් පාවහන් වෙළඳපොලට හඳුන්වාදීම සඳහාත්, ඒ හරහා වාර්ෂික පිරිවැටුම වැඩි කර ගැනීම සඳහාත් ජාතික ඵලදායිතා ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ මඟපෙන්වීම සහ උපදේශන සේවාවන් ලබා ගැනීමට කටයුතු කරමින් සිටී.
මෙම නිරීක්ෂණය සඳහා සංවර්ධන -1 අංශයේ නියෝජ්‍ය අධ්‍යක්ෂ අතුළු සහ එම අංශයේ ඵලදායිතා සංවර්ධන නිලධාරීන් ද, මාතර දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ සහ මාතර, මාලිම්බඩ සහ තිහගොඩයන ප්‍ර‍ාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලවල ඵලදායිතා සංවර්ධන නිලධාරීන් ද සහබාගි වූහ.
OSCAR Shoe Industries (Pvt) Ltd, which has been selected from Matara Divisional Secretariat for year 2023 for the "Empowering Small and Medium Scale Entrepreneur’s through Productivity" Program and is already providing consultancy services through Productivity Development Officers, was observed on 09.05.2024.
Established in the year 2008, this company is now famous for manufacturing leather footwear for men. As an entrepreneur as well as the owner of this company, Mr. R. L. Ajith is very interested in improving his production process and the company through productivity techniques. Therefore, arrangements are being made to obtain guidance and consultancy service from the National Productivity Secretariat to manufacture high quality shoes while reducing waste and thereby increase the annual turnover.
The Deputy Director of Development-1 Division and the Productivity Development Officers of the Division, the Productivity Development Officers of the Matara District Secretariat and the Divisional Secretariats of Matara, Malimbada and Thihagoda also participated in this observation.
