An online Productivity Certificate Course organized by the Services & Training Division was held from 26th November to 11th December 2020. It covered the subject areas of Productivity & 5S for Quality environment, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Quality Control Circles (QCC), Knowledge Management (KM), Green Productivity (GP) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
